This session is about messages and truth.

This is where we connect —
with loved ones who have passed,
with guides,
and with the energy around what you’re currently navigating.

We read the field together and bring clarity to questions like:

• What messages are coming through for you right now
• What your loved ones want you to know
• What your guides are pointing you toward
• What energy is influencing your situation
• What needs to be acknowledged, released, or focused on next

(Power Session)

This session is about learning how to receive, trust, and work with energy yourself.

This is where I teach you how to:

• Recognize signs and messages from loved ones and spirit
• Trust your intuition without second-guessing or fear
• Understand what’s intuition, what’s emotion, and what’s logic
• Work with energy instead of feeling overwhelmed by it
• Clear blocks that interfere with manifestation and peace
• Set intentions in a way that doesn’t create obsession or burnout
• Keep your vibration steady even when emotions come up

This is also where we work with simple, real-life tools
like intention setting, energetic awareness, and methods such as the 369 practice —
so you’re not stuck in your head or emotions all day.
